Done For You, Terms & Conditions

Take the time to read this, please! It’s essential that we are on the same page when working together as the Service Provider (me) and Client (you).

This contract is made between Recker Media Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and You, (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

Purpose: The Service Provider agrees to provide Done-For-You services for the Client. The Services will include the design and development of a Kajabi website according to the Client’s specifications.

Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay the amount outlined on the quote link sent by the Service Provider if they want the Service Provider to do the work outlined in the proposal.

Scope of Work: The Service Provider agrees to complete the services outlined in the proposal link sent to the Client.

Timeline: The Service Provider will make every effort to complete the services within 30 days from the contract date. The Client acknowledges that the timeline may change based on the complexity of the project and the Client's response time.

Intellectual Property: The Service Provider retains the right to use the completed website for portfolio and marketing purposes. The Client will retain all rights to the content and design elements of the website.

Revisions and Feedback: The Service Provider will include up to [number] revisions as part of the service. All feedback should be provided in a clear and timely manner to avoid delays.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

Support and Maintenance: Ongoing support and maintenance are not included in this agreement but can be provided for an additional fee.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

Warranty: The Service Provider represents and warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and competent manner. The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider cannot guarantee the website's performance.

Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider will not be liable for any damages arising from the performance of the services under this agreement.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the Client's use of the services and deliverables.

Disclaimer: As a Kajabi Expert and Graphic Designer, I provide professional services in building websites, online courses, sales pages, and lead magnets. While I offer helpful tips and guidance, I am not responsible for the success of your business, sales, or courses. The responsibility for the success of your materials lies solely with you. My role is to deliver quality services, but the ultimate outcome depends on your actions and decisions.

Force Majeure: The Service Provider will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements. No changes to this agreement will be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

By submitting payment for the proposal provided, the parties have agreed to the above and can proceed with the project.
